The majority of carriers we use will supply a personal tracking number for each package. When we have these, we will send your tracking code to you automatically. For a handful of carriers (domestic UK deliveries, for example), you'll be notified by the delivery company on the day of attempted delivery and after a successful delivery only.

Please always include a telephone number when placing an order, as it allows the couriers to contact you if they're having trouble delivering.
